Where we deliver
We deliver in Kolkata and across West Bengal. For other states, please call or WhatsApp us and we will confirm if we can deliver to your pin code. You can also pick up your order from our store at Kalighat after we confirm it is ready.

Shipping charges
Delivery charges, if any, depend on the product, weight and your location. We tell you the exact charge before you confirm the order. Pick-up from our store is free.
Installation orders
For CCTV, biometric and networking orders, delivery and installation are scheduled together. Our technician will contact you to fix a convenient time.
Check before you accept
Please check the package for damage in front of the delivery person. If the outer box is damaged or opened, do not accept it, or note it on the delivery slip, and call us on +91 90514-16120 within 24 hours. Please also record an unboxing video for high-value items such as laptops, graphics cards and monitors. It helps us resolve damage claims quickly.
