Products, prices and stock
Prices, offers and stock change often. Prices shown on the website are for guidance and are confirmed when you place an order or when we reply to your enquiry. We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error and, if that affects your order, we will contact you before processing it. Images are for illustration; the actual product may differ slightly in packaging.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted only after we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email. Payment can be made by UPI, bank transfer, card or cash at our store, as agreed with us when the order is confirmed. We provide a GST invoice for every sale; please share your GST number at the time of order if you need it.
Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Warranty is governed by our Warranty Policy.
Installation and repair services
Service quotes are based on the information you give us and may change after inspection; we will tell you before doing extra work. Data backup before repair is the customer’s responsibility unless we have agreed to do it in writing. Parts replaced under a service carry the warranty stated on the service invoice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data or business, arising from the use of products or services. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned.
Intellectual property
The content, logo and design of this website belong to Sai Hitech Solutions or the respective brand owners. Brand names and logos are the property of their owners and are used only to identify products we sell.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata have jurisdiction over any dispute.
